Annual Basic Cyber Specialist Course (BCSC)

The Basic Cyber Specialist Course (BCSC) offers a comprehensive training programme designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in cybersecurity.

Covering key areas such as Python programming, computer networking, operating systems, network forensics, and incident response. The course provides participants with a strong foundation in networking and computer security fundamentals.

Through hands-on exercises and practical sessions, participants develop specialised cyber knowledge and skills, enabling them to independently perform scripting/programming, monitor network activities, identify and assess security events, respond to cyber incidents, and conduct threat analysis effectively. The course has a scenario-based exercise that is designed to evaluate individual proficiency at selected milestones.

Upon completion of the BCSC, participants emerge as skilled cyber specialists ready to tackle the evolving challenges of cybersecurity with confidence and proficiency.

The annual course will run for 10 weeks.

Course Price (exclusive of GST):

The course run will only commence with a minimum subscription of 30 pax.
Please note that the course needs to be purchased as a group class of minimum 10 pax, at SGD $112,500 (for 10 weeks).
Corporate rates are available as well. However, government subsidies/grants do not apply to this course.

Please note that the course is subject to the following payment terms:

Payment must be received prior to the start of the course
In the event of cancellation after acceptance into the course, you are entitled to a refund based on the following guidelines:
Within 14 days of acceptance: 100% of course fees
Between 15-30 days of acceptance: 50% of course fees
More than 30 days: Not Applicable
