Cyber Aptitude Assessment
DART provided talent assessment and evaluation for Red Alpha's Alpha Specialist Talent Programme.
Background
Red Alpha is a cyber talent development company that provides training to non-traditional candidates (individuals with no prior cybersecurity background) and develops them into job-ready candidates. As Red Alpha receives a high volume of applicants for its programme, it needed to be selective in screening and filtering suitable candidates to interview.
The DART Solution
DART created a highly selective assessment platform to screen thousands of applicants for the interview process. The assessment included online challenges, technical skills and aptitude tests.
The assessment platform filtered more than 3,000 applicants down to over 150 candidates for the interview stage. These candidates possessed high caliber, aptitude and talent that are suitable for cybersecurity roles.
Through the assessment, Red Alpha was able to identify candidates with high aptitude and growth potential, even if they did not have prior technical experience. This enabled Red Alpha to efficiently scale up their programme and identify the right talent.
